Rates!

I value my community and I think everyone should be able to have a photograph of their loved ones hanging on their wall - or be able to have some images that portray their business, have a visual record of a hui, or special event - so I price my service accordingly.

I also do a lot of community work, at ‘special rates’, and occasionally totally lose the plot and just photograph at a crazy low rate - just for the sheer joy of it.

My rates start at $220 and go to $280 based on an hour’s shoot (the hourly ‘job’ rate) - then multiply that out for the number of hours you need. I don’t quantify (or limit) the number of images you’ll get. The fee (based on the hourly ‘job’ rate) includes all editing, delivery etc and the hourly ‘job’ rate applied will depend upon the demands of the shoot, the technicalities, whether I’m bringing studio lighting, etc., but that’s something we discuss so there are no nasty surprises, and you will receive full quote before the job begins . I keep it simple, just that hourly job rate, and no different packages, so it doesn’t make any difference whether it’s a corporate shoot, a family shoot, marketing, or a wedding, the hourly rate will be within the figures above. The day rate (which is around 8 hours), gives a bit of a discount on the cumulative hourly rate.
